Cancellations or reservation changes must be made at least one week in advance to planned arrival date. Cancellations made within seven days prior to reservation will incur a $20.00 cancellation fee. Same day cancellation or a no-show will forfeit a full deposit amount.
Your first night stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
Additional Guest Policy:
All of our affordable rates are based on double occupancy. If friends of our guests would like to use our parking spaces or our facilities, such as the hot tub, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate them for a nominal $10 fee. (Please note this is for visitors, not overnight guests.)

Check-In and Check-out
Check-In time is 3pm or later and Check-Out time is 11 am.
All cabins are NON-SMOKING. Teton Valley Cabins reserves the right to charge a damage fee of $100 if your cabin smells of smoke upon check out. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside with the windows and door to your cabin closed.
We invite guests to bring their pets to stay at Teton Valley Cabins. We have a couple designated Pet Rooms. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be traveling with your pet. Our pet cabins can accommodate up to two dogs. We charge $15 per evening for one dog or $25 per evening for two dogs. We also have the following requirements:
- Pets are not allowed on beds or linens.
- Pets are not to be left in cabins alone.
- Pets are to be on a leash at all times when outside, and waste is to be disposed of in a trash can (we have bags at the front office).
- We have a zero tolerance policy for guests who leave pets in vehicle overnight to avoid payment.
Our property cannot host more than two vehicles per reserved room. If you have two vehicles, one car can be parked close to the room in the main parking lot. The second vehicle will need to be parked in “overflow parking.”
