Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation, let us know 7 days or more in advance of your 4:00 PM check in for a refund.

Additional Guest Policy:

All of our affordable rates are based on double occupancy. If friends of our guests would like to use our parking spaces or our facilities, such as the hot tub, please let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate them for a nominal $10 fee. (Please note this is for visitors, not overnight guests.)

Group Policy:

Online booking is available for parties of up to 4 guests. Please contact us for information on group bookings by calling (866) 687-1522.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is 4-6 pm and check-out time is 11 am.

Smoking Policy:

All cabins are NON-SMOKING. Teton Valley Cabins reserves the right to charge a damage fee of $100 if your cabin smells of smoke upon checkout. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside with the windows and door to your cabin closed.

Parking Policy:

Our property cannot host more than two vehicles per reserved room. If you have two vehicles, one car can be parked close to the room in the main parking lot. The second vehicle will need to be parked in “overflow parking.”

Dog Policy:

We invite guests to bring their dogs to stay at Teton Valley Cabins. We have a couple of designated dog cabins. Please let us know ahead of time (by phone only) if you will be traveling with your pet. Our dog cabins can accommodate up to two dogs. We charge an extra $15 per night for one dog and $30 for two dogs.

  • Cats are not allowed.
  • Dogs are not allowed on beds or linens.
  • Dogs are not to be left in cabins alone.
  • Dogs are to be on a leash at all times when outside and waste is to be disposed of in a trash can (we have bags at the front office).
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for guests who leave pets in a vehicle overnight to avoid payment.
